Entry & Admission

• Management reserves the right to refuse entry at their discretion.
• Valid photo ID is required for entry. Accepted forms: Passport, Driving Licence, PASS card.
• Minimum age for entry is 18 years.
• Dress code applies at management's discretion.
• Entry times and prices may vary by event. Check Skiddle for current event information.

Tickets & Bookings

• All tickets are sold via Skiddle. Ticket terms are subject to Skiddle's terms of service.
• Booth bookings are subject to availability and confirmation via Instagram DM.
• Bookings may be cancelled if the party does not arrive within the specified time window.
• Firewater is not responsible for tickets purchased from unofficial sources.

Venue Rules

• No drugs or illegal substances permitted on the premises.
• No weapons or dangerous items.
• No aggressive or antisocial behaviour.
• Photography and filming may occur during events for promotional purposes.
• Personal belongings are brought at the owner's risk.

Liability

• Firewater is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury unless caused by our negligence.
• Event details, times, and lineups are subject to change without notice.
• In the event of cancellation, ticket refunds are handled via Skiddle.
